Our client, a leading company in the forging industry, is looking for a

SALES SPECIALIST EUROPE


The candidate, reporting to the Subsidiary Manager, will:


  • Conduct strategic marketing analysis and competitive product analysis in Europe market;
  • Develop a growth strategy in order to drive EU sales;
  • Handle the full sales process, from presales to account management, maintenance, and upsell;
  • Interact with internal departments and customers to manage projects, achieve sales goals and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor or Master Degree, MBA will be a plus;
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in forging industry;
  • Fluent Italian and English both verbally and in writing;
  • Willing to travel per business needs, up to 50%;
  • Ability to work within an international and matrix environment, team player, highly efficient and result oriented.
